Method

Steak tacos are a delicious and flavorful meal that can be enjoyed by everyone. The combination of the savory steak, the crunchy vegetables, and the spicy salsa makes for an unforgettable culinary experience. The steak itself is usually cooked perfectly, with a juicy center and a crisp, flavorful outer layer. The combination of the vegetables, such as onion, bell pepper, tomato, and lettuce, adds a fresh and crunchy texture to the tacos. The spicy salsa brings a bit of heat, while the cheese and sour cream add a creamy texture. All of these flavors and textures come together perfectly to create a delicious and flavorful steak taco that is sure to please everyone.

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat then add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot add the steak cubes and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and spoon the steak and vegetables into the soft tortilla shells. Serve with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
