We believe in knowing where your meat comes from and that is what makes us different than most online meat subscription companies. We raise all of our animals on our ranches in Colorado, Kansas and North Dakota on specific feed ration which is raised on our ranches. We harvest our animals at two specific processing facilities under USDA guidelines where they are vacuum sealed fresh, and then flash frozen to keep peak freshness.
